摘　　要：多年来,印度一直在为实现"大国梦"而努力,特别是"有声有色"地提高军事实力的同时,外交政策也较之以前更加灵活多变。但是,与之相对应的一个明显变化是,近几年来经济下滑、高通胀、"双赤字"和结构性问题突出等因素,使得印度的"金砖成色"倍受影响。除了经济增长步履维艰,印度的政治与安全形势也不容乐观。India has been working to be a Great power for many years and it has increased its military power and implements a more flexible foreign policy. In 2013,India's economy suffers a lot and political and security situation also faces many problems. The old problems of economic and social development still exist while new problems occur. The slowdown of economic development,high inflation and structural problems make India goes forward in a difficult road.
