基于中等强国视角下的澳大利亚G20外交

摘　　要：中等强国正在全球治理中发挥着越来越重要的作用。澳大利亚是一个传统的中等强国,把G20作为实现其中等强国外交的重要载体。在G20内部,澳大利亚与其他国家一起共同努力,在特定的领域发挥着领导者或者协调人的角色,并试图在传统大国和新兴大国以及G20内部与非G20国家之间搭建桥梁。澳大利亚还将借举办2014年G20峰会的契机,适度驾驭G20向经济议题和传统议题收缩。中国应该重视澳大利亚作用,继续努力改善中国与澳大利亚的关系,在G20加强合作,在特定问题上联合起来,共同推动G20的转型和变迁。Middle powers have been playing a more and more important role in global governance. Australia is a traditional middle power and G20 is the important platform of its diplomacy. Within the G20,making joint efforts with other countries,Australia has played as a leader or coordinator role in particular issues,and built bridges between traditional powers and emerging powers,G20 countries and Non- G20 countries. In its 2014 Brisbane's summit,the G20 is expected to return to its traditional economic issues. China should pay more attention to Australia,continue to improve China's relationship with Australia,strengthen cooperation in G20,and work together on specific issues so as to promote the transformation and change of G20.
