摘　　要：目的:研究并分析社区药事管理的建设和发展方法。方法:分析我社区服务中心药师管理中存在的不足,并制定出针对性的整改措施。结果:来患者数量也逐渐增多,改革工作初见成效。结论:为了为社区居民提供更好的服务,还需要不断提升药师的专业技能水平与责任意识,加强对患者的用药指导。Objective: To study and analyze methods of construction and development of community pharmacy administration.Methods: lack of pharmacists manage my community service centers that exist, and to develop targeted corrective measures.Results: the number of patients is gradually increasing to reform work bear fruit.Conclusion: in order to community residents to provide better services, but also need to continue to enhance the professional skills of pharmacists and sense of responsibility, to strengthen the patient’s medication guide.
