年龄相关性白内障患者术前两种剪睫毛方法比较

摘　　要：目的:改进年龄相关性白内障患者术前剪睫毛的方法。方法:将100例白内障手术病人分成两组各50人,按手术先后分别用新方法和老方法剪睫毛,观察患者情绪、脉搏、瞬目、皮肤等情况。结果:情绪稳定:实验组88%,对照组64%;脉搏增快:实验组20%,对照组70%;睑缘皮肤损伤:实验组0%,对照组6%;瞬目反射:实验组10%,对照组68%;平均操作时间:实验组3.5分钟,对照组5分钟。结论:新方法可避免病人紧张、恐惧,减少瞬目次数,减少睑缘损伤,并缩短操作时间,值得在临床上推广运用。Objective: a method for improving age-related cataract patients before cut eyelashes. Methods: 100 cases of cataract operation were divided into two group of each 50 people, respectively according to the operation with new methods and the old method of shear eyelash, observed in patients with mood, pulse, blink, skin etc.. Results: the emotional stability: experimental group 88%, control group 64%; a fast pulse: experimental group 20%, control group 70%; the lower eyelid skin injury: experiment group 0%, control group 6%; blink reflex: the experimental group 10%, control group 68%; average operating time: 3.5 minutes, the control group of 5 minutes. Conclusion: the new method can avoid the anxiety, fear, decreasing blink times, reduce eyelid injury, and shorten the operation time, worthy of promotion in clinical use.
