摘　　要：残疾人社会组织作为残联的重要补充,自成立之初就受到了广泛的关注,并且在政府和残联的引导下得以迅速发展。残疾人社会组织作为一个全新的社会组织,其一切都处于探索阶段,再加上旧观念体制的影响和社会环境制度的不完善,使得残疾人社会组织的发展面临重重困境,政府和有关方面应加大支持力度。湖北省残疾人社会组织在快速发展的同时,也存在缺乏有效的外部监督、资金短缺、与其它社会组织联系不够、影响力与服务能力不足等问题,需要进一步改进与完善。As an important supplement of China Disabled Persons' federation Social organization of the disabled person, it has been widely concerned since its launching. It has developed quickly under the guidance of the government and China Disabled Persons' Federation. But it is still in the exploratory stage as a brand-new type of social organization. Besides the imperfect of old concepts institutional and social environment system, social organization still faced many difficulties. This article took Hubei Province as an example and analyzed the current situation of social organization of the disabled person. It aimed at providing some suggestions for the development of social organization for the disabled in China.
