摘 要:通过2009、2012年全国残疾人状况监测数据研究我国残疾人的就业情况及其影响因素,数据显示,各省市在两个调查年份间残疾人就业率的变动幅度具有较大差异。probit模型回归结果表明,性别、城乡、教育程度、技能培训、残疾类型和家庭规模对残疾人就业有显著影响。人力资本是影响残疾人就业的重要因素,不同残疾类型的残疾人就业情况存在较大差异。据此,建议从提升人力资本和就业扶助两方面来促进残疾人就业。Using the data of national monitor survey of the disabled people in the year 2009 and 2012, the authors studied the employment situation of people with disabilities (PWDs) and its influence factors. It shows that amplitude of fluctuation of employment rate of PWDs had significant differences among 31 provinces in the year 2009 and 2012. The regress results from probit models indicate gender, urban or rural, education, training, disability type and family size are significantly influencing the probability of PWDs’ employment. The paper suggested that human capital also is an important factor to employment since the employment of PWDs varies due to disability types and conditions. On the basis of the empirical analysis, some advices were proposed to improve human capital and job placement assistance to promote employment of PWDs.
