摘 要:我国大学学术治理模式具有较为明显的锦标赛制特征。在学术锦标赛制下,不同层类大学的学术制度供给具有明显的差异:偏研究型的大学建立了内部学术锦标赛制,放大了制度激励效果;偏教学型的大学的学术制度流于形式,消解了制度激励效果。但无论是在哪种层类的大学,以少数拔尖人才为目标的学术锦标赛制设计与多数青年教师的利益偏好和价值信念并不吻合,青年教师的制度认同度普遍较低,其学术行动多属于制度压力下的应激行动,不利于长远的学术发展。China's university academic governance model was evidently of the characteristics of championship.It found that there was significant difference among the universities in the aspect of the academic institution supply under the institution of academic championship;the university with research orientation established the inner institution of academic championship,and amplified the institutional incentive effect;the academic institution of the university with teaching orientation was formalistic,which counteracted the institutional incentive effect.In whatever university of different hierarchy,the institution design of academic championship aiming at the top-notch personnel didn't coincide with the interest preference and value of most young faculty.Therefore,the institution identity of the young faculty was generally lower;and their academic actions belonged to the stress reactions under such institution,which was unfavorable for the long-term academic development.
