摘　　要：深入推进高等教育综合改革,全面推动湖北地方高校内涵式发展,符合国际高等教育发展的基本规律,是高等教育改革发展历史演变的必然选择,也是由当前湖北省高等教育的阶段性特征决定的,是适应湖北经济发展方式转变的客观需要。深入推进高等教育综合改革,要把人才培养体制改革作为首要任务,把提升科学研究水平作为重要标志,把深化管理体制改革作为战略路径,把加强和改进党的建设作为根本保证,由此全面推动湖北地方高校内涵式发展。It conforms to the basic rules of international higher education to further promote the comprehensive reform of higher education to promote the intensive development of local colleges and universities in Hubei.It is the inevitable choice of historical development of higher education reform.It is determined by the current periodical characteristics of higher education in our province.And it is designed to adapt to the need of the transformation of economic development mode in Hubei.To further promote the comprehensive reform of higher education,we should give priority to the reform of talent training system and attach great importance to the improvement of the level of scientific research.We are supposed to deepen the reform of the management system,to strengthen the Party building,so as to promote the intensive development of local colleges and universities in Hubei.
