摘　　要：洛克政治哲学思想的圭臬是"同意",贯穿于其政治哲学的始终,是理解其政治哲学的一个核心概念。洛克在其政治理论中论述了同意的主体、同意的内涵及同意的方式,比较系统地回答了谁的同意、同意什么、什么是同意及有哪些同意等同意理论的基本问题。洛克的"同意"理论鲜明地体现了自由主义的立场。同意理论是解释政治义务进而论证政府合法性的重要进路。洛克理论中的"同意"无论是在其理论中还是在政治思想史上都有着重要的地位。洛克理论中的"同意"成为研究政治哲学中"合法性"的人们发掘的理论源泉,值得我们仔细品味和深度发掘。Rock's political philosophy is the principle o'fagree',adhere to the political philosophy,is a key concept in understanding the political philosophy. Rock in his political theory discusses the subject,agree agreed to the connotation and agreed methods,systematically answers who agree,agree with what,what is agreed to and what are the basic problems of consent theory. Rock agreed with the theory reflects the position of freedom. Agree with the theory is to explain political obligation and then expounds the important basis of government legitimacy. Agree with in Rock's theory has an important position in the history of political thought. In Rock's theory agreed to become the theory source of legitimacy of political philosophy research,is worth us carefully taste and deep mining.
