摘　　要：当前,农村面临一些新的现实问题,凸显出农村社会管理到了一个关键的节点。从权力的合法性以及社会学的视角,农村基层党组织责无旁贷地承担起社会整合者的角色,这是执政党实现政治领导职能和社会管理职能的实践。为此,需要立足当地实际,着眼未来发展,重视村民参与,实现利益整合;关注弱势群体,实现资源整合;推进文化传承,实现价值整合。Now there exist some problems in rural areas. In this situation,the rural grassroots organization of the CPC should shoulder the responsibility of social integration in the perspective of power and sociology,which is a kind of practice of realizing political leadership and social management by the executive Party. And thus,local conditions should be taken into account,future development be focused on,peasants' participation be valued,benefits be integrated,the weak group be cared about,resources be integrated,culture be inherited and value be integrated.
