摘　　要：河北省体育产业人才总体上存在着有关部门重视程度不足、人才总量不足、高端复合型与创新型人才缺乏、体育人才培养模式落后、体育产业人才发展机制仍需进一步调整等诸多问题和不足。推动河北省体育人才队伍建设,应加强体育产业对经济、社会建设功能和作用的认识,进一步提高对体育产业人才的重视程度;从整体上对河北省的体育产业人才发展作出全面规划;健全多元化的体育产业人才培养投入机制;创建政府、企业、高校等人才培养和使用的协调机制;外部引进和本地培养相结合,以本地培养为主;优先发展体育竞赛表演业和大众健身服务业人才;建立省内体育产业研究和人才培养基地;重视体育行业的交叉和交融特性,优化本地高等学校体育院系的学科建设。This paper uses the methods of interview and logic analysis to investigate the current situation of sports talents in Hebei Province and discovers the ignorance of authorities concerned,few sports talents,shortage of innovative talents,outdated training mode,poorly developing mechanism and so on. To overcome these,the role of sports in the construction of economy and social construction should be understood,the plan should be made up,training mechanism should be more,training and competition should develop harmoniously,outer introduction and inner training should be combined,sports performance and fit- keeping talents should be trained first,research base of physical education should be set up in Hebei Province and so on.
