摘　　要：地方交通基础设施的投融资,主要沿袭传统的融资模式,即财政投资和银行借贷依然是主要方式。由于交通基础设施投融资体制改革滞后,公路交通建设资金来源渠道单一,导致交通建设资金短缺,高速公路建设规模和速度受到一定程度的影响。明确划分基础设施建设中的责任,促进高速公路建设实现"投资主体多元化、投资方式多元化、投资渠道多元化"的投融资体制,可有效防范财政金融风险。The main investment and finance ways of local traffic infrastructure are financial investment and bank lending,which leads to the fund shortage of traffic infrastructure construction,so road construction is affected in scale and speed. The responsibility in the infrastructure construction should be made clear;the investors,investment ways,and investment channels should be more so that financial risk may be prevented.
