摘　　要：民族自治地方立法作为当前贵州民族法制建设的重要环节,尽管已经取得了不少成就,但也存在动力不足、缺乏科学的立法立项机制、民族特色不足等问题。因此,科学实施民族立法工作应当对民族立法观念进行革新,不断地规范程序性的立法,找准当前立法工作的重心,不断扩大公民有序的政治参与方面进行努力,以寻求问题的解决。Local Legislation in Guizhou's Minority Autonomous Regions is an important part of the ethnic law construction in Guizhou. Local Legislation in Guizhou's Minority Autonomous Regions has made enormous strides.however,The present food safety legal system of standard in China has the following problems:Local legislation minority autonomous regions is lack of system,legislative program,ethnic personality.To resolve the growth problem,we now can do some works as follows: innovating National legislation idea; working out legislation procedure;highlighting the focus of legislation,expanding orderly civil participation into politics.
