摘　　要：习近平总书记在当前特定的时代背景下,对各民族干部群众提出了"守望相助"的希望,该表述具有深刻的思想蕴意,是中国民族关系理论创新的新拓展,对当前进一步拓展中国民族工作思路具有很强的指导意义。In a special current background,General Secretary XI Jin-ping held out hope for'giving mutual help and protection' to cadres and people of all ethnic groups, the formulation which has profound contained significance is new development to Chinese theory of ethnic relation and has great directive significance in further expanding work planning for current ethnic work of China.
