摘　　要：近年来,随着移动智能终端领域的迅猛发展,企业间竞争日趋激烈,相关专利诉讼事件频发,引起社会各界的广泛关注,对该领域复杂的专利诉讼关系进行量化解读,将能够更深入地揭示专利诉讼背后的企业竞争态势和战略意图。通过整理2010-2012年间该领域的专利诉讼事件构建了诉讼关系矩阵,并从可视化、凝聚子群、点度中心度和中间中心度等多个角度,进行了社会网络分析,以期为相关企业和政府部门制定决策提供参考。In recent years,with the rapid development in the field of mobile intelligent terminal,the competition among enterprises is fierce,relevant patent litigation events occur frequently,and widespread concern in the community is caused,the quantitative interpretation of patent litigation between the field of complex will be able to reveal the intention behind the competition situation of patent litigation in the enterprise and strategy further. Throughsorting patent litigation events of 2010-2012 years in the field,and building the litigation relation matrix,some social network analysis is conducted from visualization,cohesive subgroups,degree centrality and betweenness centrality,in order to provide reference of decision-making for relevant enterprises and government departments.
