摘　　要：工程合同不完备性已经成为一种常态,导致工程合同执行效率偏低、工程合同交易成本过高以及工程合同纠纷案件频发。在对国内外相关文献研究的基础上构建工程合同不完备性的测度模型,并进行信度检验,运用结构方程模型检验测度模型的结构效度,证实了工程合同不完备性测度模型的有效性和科学性。研究结果显示:工程合同不完备性测度模型包括有限理性、语言描述局限性和战略模糊性3个维度,可以为工程合同不完备性补偿机制的建立提供指导。The incompleteness of project contract has become normal, leading to low efficiency of the implementation of the project contract, high transaction costs of project contract, and frequent project contract disputes. This research built the measure model of the incompleteness of project contract on the basis of the relevant literature research, carried out reliability test, and finally applied structural equation modeling to test the measurement model for its validity, confirming that the project contract completeness measurement model is both effective and scientific. The results show that: the incompleteness of project contract measure model includes three dimensions which are bounded rationality, limitations of language description and strategic ambiguity. It can provide guidance for the establishment of compensation mechanism for the incompleteness of project contract.
