摘 要:目的:了解西藏护士职业压力现状及影响因素。方法:采用中国护士应激源量表,对西藏地区1062名护士进行问卷调查。结果:西藏地区护士职业压力总分为(537.07±217.68)分,工作负荷位居西藏护士职业压力首位;多元线性回归分析显示,职称、遭遇医疗暴力、医院性质、科室分类进入回归方程(F=34.549,P=0.000),R2=0.116,上述变量能共同解释工作应激源总分11.6%的方差变异。结论:工作负荷是西藏护士职业压力的主要来源,职称、医疗暴力、医院性质、科室分类是西藏护士职业压力的重要预测变量。建议医院管理者关注遭遇过医疗暴力、初级以上职称、临床科室及公立医院的护士,积极采取措施以降低西藏护士的职业压力。The current situation of occupational stress among nurses and its influencing factors were investigatedby using questionnaire of general information,Chinese nurses stressors scale questionnaires,speared in theamount of 1062 nurses.The results showed that the total score of the occupational stress is 537.07+217.68 andthe workload ranked at first place among the nurse's occupational stresses in Tibet.Multiple linear regressionanalysis showed that job title,encountered medical violent,hospital properties and department classification ac-count for 11.6% variance of the total score of occupational stress.Workload is the major source of occupationalstress of nurses in Tibet and job title,encountered medical violent,hospital properties and department classifica-tion were the important predictor variables of nurse's occupational stress in Tibet.Therefore the hospital manag-ers should focus on these nurses who encountered medical violence and job title at primary level or above,work-ing in clinical departments and public hospital nurses.An active measures have to be taken to reduce the occupa-tional stress among nurses in Tibet.
