摘　　要：本文从苏菲导师在个体认识中的向度、导师的自我修持和导师的"参与"价值等三个方面,对苏菲主义的师道关系和精神内涵进行了论述,认为师道关系是苏菲主义道统思想的主要方面,其精神内涵折射出苏菲主义的本质特征。By expounding three fields such as Shaykh's(mentor) status in the disciple's recognition, the mentor's self-prominentand thementor's'participant'value, this paper offered readers a new angle to understand the teacher-pupil relationship and the spiritual connotation of Chinese Sufism that the former occupied the major aspect of Daotong and also pointed out that absorbing the thoughts of Chinese Confucian, Taoism and Chinese Buddhism, ChineseSufismisSufismwith Chinesecharacteristics.
