“嘉定之变”与上海小刀会起义诸问题考论

摘　　要：关于上海小刀会起义的既有研究,在讨论其源流演变时多注意到土/客、闽/粤、上海/周边、农民/游民、会党/农民武装等多种复杂关系,但在叙事时为突出革命阶级"联合斗争"的意义,往往又过分强调其组织、性质的统一性,认为各股起义力量之间存在着统一布置、彼此约定、相互支援的同盟关系,其领导人无例外地都属于天地会成员。文章考订"嘉定之变"及其领导人周立春的相关史实,对前说予以修正,并试图追问——历史上是否实际存在过一个囊括各股力量、形成整体布局的"统一的上海小刀会"?The previous studies on the reasons and development of the Small Swords Society uprising in Shanghai all noticed the complicated relationships between Punti/Hakka clans,Fujian/Guangdong factions,Shanghai/its neighbor areas,peasants/vagrants,the secret societies/peasants' armed force,but in order to highlight the allied nature of the revolutionary forces,unity and cooperation of different parties were overemphasized,and all leaders were regarded as members of Tiandihui or Heaven and Earth Society.Based on the relevant historical facts about'occupation of Jiading'and its leader Zhou Lichun,the paper asks whether there existed a united and organized 'Small Swords Society in Shanghai'which included various forces.
