中国五城市流动已婚妇女避孕节育服务满意度影响因素研究

摘　　要：为了解流动已婚妇女避孕节育服务现状和满意程度,分析其满意度的影响因素,为改善流动已婚妇女的生殖健康质量提供依据,利用2005年北京、南京、厦门、深圳和重庆五城市流动人口生殖健康抽样调查数据,描述分析流动已婚妇女避孕节育服务利用及满意程度分布情况,对影响满意度的有关因素进行多因素分析。在5399例有效调查问卷中,避孕节育服务的利用率为72.8%(3928人),其中对服务满意者占71.1%(2791人)。Logistic回归分析发现:流动已婚妇女对服务的避孕节育服务的满意度在调查地区间存在差别(P<0.05);高年龄、认为自己身体状况好、采用上环方式、流入地获取现用避孕方法、街道/村居委会提供服务、知情选择、享有全部/部分费用减免者对避孕节育服务的满意程度更高。高效可逆的避孕方法、便捷可靠的服务机构、知情选择及免费/优惠的服务可以提高流动已婚妇女对避孕节育服务的满意度。通过控制和改善相关的影响因素,有助于提高流动已婚妇女避孕节育积极性、推动计划生育优质服务工作向前发展。Objective: to understand the current status of contraceptive services and its satisfaction degree for floating married women,and provide the evidences for improving their quality of reproductive health. Methods: With the data of reproductive health survey of floating population from five cities,Beijing,Nanjing,Xiamen,Shenzhen and Chongqing,in 2005,the distributions of contraceptive services and the satisfaction degree among floating women were described. Multivariate logistic regression was performed to investigate the influencing factors related to satisfaction. Result: in 5399 cases of valid questionnaires,3928 floating women who had the history of contraceptive( 72. 75%). Among them,2791 cases( 71. 10%) satisfied with the services. The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that there was differences between regions( p <0. 05),and older age,highly self-rated health evaluation,intrauterine ring,obtaining the method in inflow areas,the services provided by Streets and residents' committees,informed choice and free or discount can improve subjects' satisfaction. Conclusion: promoting the related factors( such as Efficient reversible contraceptive methods,Convenient and reliable economical institutions,informed choice) can contribute to improve the women 's satisfaction and enthusiasm,moving forward the quality of family planning services.
