摘　　要：长期以来,我国普遍存在着自然资源没有价值、自然资源可以任意采掘使用的认识误区和实践误区。自然资源价格是其价值的货币表现,其供求规律决定着自然资源价格变化趋势。由于传统自然资源价值观的误导和长期计划经济体制的惯性力量,我国自然资源价格形成机制存在诸多缺陷,需要进行市场化改革。There exists recognition and practical misunderstanding in which the natural resources are of no value and can be exploited freely in our country in a long time. The price of natural resources is the monetary expression for its value, and its law of supply and demand determines the changing trend of the price of natural resources. Because of the misleading from traditional values of natural resources and inertial forces from long term of planned economic system, there are many defects in the system formation of natural resources in our country and need the market-oriented reform.
