摘　　要：通过分析人民币升值的影响因素和我国钢铁行业出口现状,结合汇率理论,阐述人民币升值对各种贸易成本的影响。使用普通最小二乘法,验证了人民币升值对钢铁价格的影响。最后,从产量控制、成本预算、金融工具等方面提出了对策建议,以增强我国钢铁出口的国际竞争力,推动产业结构优化升级。Though the analysis of the impact factors of RMB appreciation and the export status quo of iron and steel industry, in combination with exchange rate theory, this paper expounds the impact of RMB appreciation on various trade costs. Then, uses ordinary least squares to validate the impact of RMB appreciation on the price of iron and steel export. At last, this thesis proposes the suggestions from production control, cost budget and financial instruments in order to strengthen the international competitiveness of our country's iron and steel export and improve the industrial structure upgrade
