摘　　要：利用江西省11设区市1996年～2011年面板数据,以卢卡斯模型为理论依据,通过协整分析研究经济增长与人力资本的关系.结果显示:江西省11设区市人力资本与经济增长之间存在显著关系,人力资本投入对经济增长的贡献率约为20％～40％,且人力资本充裕的地区经济发展较快.为促进江西省经济快速发展,需要进一步加大人力资本投入力度.Based on the panel data for 11 cities in Jiangxi Province over year 1996-2011, this paper builds a Lucas model with cointegration. The result shows that there exists a significant relationship between economic growth and human capital in which the human capital makes a contribution of 20%~40% to the economic growth. In addition, the abundance of human capital is concerned with rapid economic development. Thus, human capital investment should be increased to promote the economic growth of Jiangxi Province.
