基于多重螺旋模型的包容性创新系统研究

摘　　要：包容性创新是促进经济发展的引擎,是推进经济可持续发展的有效途径。包容性创新与科学发展、和谐发展及创新驱动发展一脉相承。基于多重螺旋模型,构建了包容性创新系统,深入分析了包容性创新系统的动力机制,包括利益驱动机制、合作共赢机制、扩散与溢出机制、政府支持促进机制,并对如何构建有效的包容性创新系统提出了政策建议。Inclusive innovation is to promote economic benefits of development to the majority of society's engine,which is an effective way to promote sustainable economic development.Inclusive innovation and scientific development,harmoni-ous development and innovation-driven development are the same strain.Multiple helix model is the development of a dy-namic innovation system,which has an important influence on new knowledge creation and diffusion of new technologies and the ability to overflow and performance innovation system.We build an inclusive innovation system based on multiple helix model.On the basis of in-depth analysis of inclusive innovation system,we find out five dynamic mechanisms-profit-driven mechanism,cooperation and win-win mechanism,diffusion and spillover mechanism,the Government supports the promotion mechanism;At last we give the policy suggestions on how to build an effective inclusive innovation system.
