摘  要:合理布局对战略性新兴产业规范与快速发展至关重要,根据战略性新兴产业高创新性特征,从基础研究→技术创新→技术工程化→技术产业化的产业发展全过程出发,融合文献分析、专利分析、工程研究中心与重点企业分析方法,综合设计了我国战略性新兴产业布局方法——动态模块网络组合方法。基于我国干细胞产业开展实证研究,结合专家咨询与论证,利用国家科技图书文献中心、国家科技数字图书馆、国家知识产权局专利信息服务平台以及行业协会分析报告与产业竞争力报告等,综合设计了我国干细胞产业布局,可为战略性新兴产业布局提供方法支持,并为干细胞产业规划提供决策参考。Scientific and reasonable distribution is very important for strategic emerging industry regularized and rapid develop-ment,according to high innovation character of strategic merging industry,from the industry developing whole process viewpoint, including basic research and technology innovation and technology engineering and technology industrialization,a dynamic mode network combination method is comprehensively designed in this paper for China strategic emerging industry by combing literature analysis method,and patent analysis method as well as engineering research center as well as important enter-prise analysis.Select China stem cell industry to make positive research,according to expert consulting and discussion,a distribution of stem industry is made in this paper by using of National science and technology library and national science and technology digital library and National intellectual property office patent information service platform and industry as-sociation analysis report and industry competition report and so on.The research of this paper can offer method support for strategic emerging industry distribution and can offer decision references for stem cell industry programming.
