摘　　要：环境是影响组织生存与发展的重要因素,环境边界与维度是理解环境与组织关系的基础。通过对环境边界的剖析,借助于不确定性和包容性环境维度,构建了环境对组织的影响机制概念模型,并就未来研究提出了若干建议。Environment is an important factors influencing the exist and development of organization,environment boundary and dimension is the basis to comprehend Environment and organizational relationship.This paper put forward the concep-tual model of influencing mechanism of environment.Finally,the existing theoretical and empirical literature is summa-rized and several research directions for future research are suggested.
