纵向伙伴关系维度的技术标准扩散效应研究

摘　　要：基于Stackelberg博弈模型,对技术标准的市场扩散机制进行了比较研究。研究不仅揭示了技术标准独有特征——技术标准效应的变动机制,而且对市场机制与纵向合作机制在促进技术标准市场扩散方面的优越性进行了比较分析。研究结论包括两个方面(含9个具体发现):在技术标准效应的变动机制方面,技术标准效应与市场不确定性水平成正比,与采用技术标准所需投入的专用资产投资水平成反比,与新技术对原有技术的替代率成正比,与技术标准持有企业对专用资产成本的分担比例成正比;在促进技术标准扩散效果方面,纵向合作机制相对于市场机制具有明显优势,表现为对于技术标准的市场需求量与网络外部性效应的提升,以及技术标准产业化过程中对专用性资产投资水平承受能力和对市场不确定性水平承受能力的增强。Based on Stackelberg game model ,a comparison research about the diffusion mechanism of technology standard was made in this paper .In particular ,we compared the diffusion mechanism based on market and based on vertical cooper-ation .We discussed the changing mechanism for technology standard effects ,and at the same time ,disclosed the advanta-ges of vertical cooperation at promoting the diffusion of technology standard .Findings could be summarized as two aspects containing nine detailed results .First ,on the aspect of changing mechanisms of technology standard effects ,we found that ,the standard effect is positively related to the market uncertainty ,the substitution rate for old technology ,and the share proportion of special assets investments ,but negatively related to the scale of special assets investment for the new technology standard .Second ,on the aspect of promotion effects on technology standard ,it is demonstrated that the organ-ization mode of vertical cooperation is more superior to the pure market mechanism .Cooperation could create better per-formance by improving the demand of technology standard ,the network externality effects ,the bearing capability for cost ,and the bearing capability for market uncertainty .
