区域科技创新环境下专利权质押分布差异研究

摘　　要：以2008-2012年专利权质押合同登记相关信息为依据,分析了我国专利权质押区域分布现状,并从区域科技创新环境的角度,运用多元层次回归分析法研究了我国东中西部专利权质押区域分布差异的原因。结果显示,企业专利申请数量、地区经济发展水平和政府相关科技政策落实情况对区域企业专利权质押数量有一定影响,企业科技活动以及相关科技投入产出与专利权质押呈负相关关系,并且东中西部地区各个区域科技创新环境影响因素对专利权质押数量分布影响程度有所不同。In this paper ,w e analyze the regional distribution of Chinese patent pledge ,w hich bases on the annual 2008-2012 patent pledge data published by state intellectual property office of China .Then from the perspective of regional technology innovation environment ,using multiple hierarchical regression method ,this paper analyses and studies the reason of patent pledge distribution difference in the eastern ,central and w estern regions of China .T he results of the study show s that the number of patent application ,the level of economic development and the implementation of government science and tech-nology policy have a certain impact on the number of patent pledge .But there is a negative correlation between the science and technology activities ,related science and technology input and output in enterprises and the patent pledge .And the in-fluence factors of regional technology innovation environment in eastern ,central and western regions of China have differ-ent impact on the number of patent pledge distribution .
