清中期东部蒙旗的旗界形成——以郭尔罗斯后旗为中心

摘　　要：清代,郭尔罗斯前旗、后旗等一部分蒙旗的旗界,并不是在设旗之初就已确立的,而是在其周围出现驻防八旗等新的机构之后才被划定的。蒙旗与驻防八旗、台站间,因为渔业权利等经济利益而产生纷争,为了解决纷争,边界被重新确认、划定。正是经过这些过程,蒙旗边界才得以明确化。Boundaries of some Mongolian banners such as the Gorlos North Banner and the Gorlos South Banner were not delimited at the beginning of establishment of these Banners,but formed after the appearance of new groups such as the Eight Banners surrounding them. The conflicts occurred between Mongolian Banners and the Eight Banners as well as the people of Stations because of the fishing right. The Qing government delimited the boundaries again to solve these conflicts. It is during the course that the boundaries of the east Mongolian Banners became clarified.
