三姓地区贡貂赏乌林制度刍议

摘　　要：清代在东北地区实行"贡貂赏乌林"制度,该制度在政治上明确了三姓地区等边疆少数民族与清政府的隶属关系,给他们在经济上带来了实惠,因而受到赫哲等少数民族的大力支持,起到了"仁抚远民"的作用。三姓副都统衙门负责管理边民及收貂皮、赏乌林事宜,并将这一制度逐步固定化和制度化。The institution of tribute marten and reward carried out in the Northeast made the relationship between Qing dynasty and ethnics in the frontier clear. Having the function of conciliation,it could bring benefits to ethnics. The vice general of Sanxing were in charge of this kind of institution,and made this institution immobilization.
