摘　　要：本文分析了美国、巴西两国农业生物质能产业的发展实践及相关政策措施,总结出制订符合本国实际情况的农业生物质能产业发展规划、法规政策;积极出台生物质能源产业发展促进政策;为生物质能源产业发展提供技术支持;发挥市场机制,培育完整产业链条是其成功的主要经验。最后提出了制订符合中国国情的农业生物质能发展规划及产业政策,加大生物质能的研发技术,做好农业生物质资源普查以及避免农业生物质能产业发展对粮食安全的不利影响等建议。This paper analyzed the practice of agricultural biomass energy industry and related policy measures of the United States and Brazil.Several successful experiences were summarized such as formulating agricultural biomass industry development planning and policy,implementing supportive biomass energy industry development policy,etc.Finally,some suggestions were put forward for China from the following several aspects:formulating agricultural biomass energy development planning and industrial policy according with the situation of China,increasing biomass energy technology research and development,etc.
