海洋蛤类产业价值链及价值增值的实证研究——以红岛蛤蜊为例

摘　　要：蛤类产业涉及育苗、养殖、加工、保鲜储运和销售等系列经营活动,也是一个价值增值的过程,将价值链理论运用到蛤类产业研究上,试图理清蛤类产业的价值活动及其增值过程。为达成这一研究目标,笔者通过问卷调查、参与式观察、实地考察、典型业户入户调查、专家访谈、走访行业协会和政府主管部门等方法,对红岛蛤蜊产业价值链构成、价值传递过程等进行精细化研究。研究结果初步显示,在红岛蛤蜊价值链中,加工环节和销售环节的价值增量在整个价值增值中所占比重较高,养殖户所分摊的单位成本最高但却处于价值链的低端。为此,蛤类养殖应由高投入、高投苗向优质高效转变,提高融资能力,研发养殖新技术,建立符合生态学原理的养殖新模式,以利于蛤类产业的可持续发展。Clam industry relates to breeding,farming,processing,storage,sales and other series of business activities,also is a process which value is added.It tries to clear value activities of clam industry and value-added process to adjust the value chain,and allocate profits efficiently as a theoretical support.To achieve the goal of this study,it carries out meticulous research to study Hongdao clam industry value chain,value delivery process through surveys,participatory observation,field trips,the typically household surveys,expert interviews,visits to industry associations and government departments,and other methods.Research result preliminarily suggests that in Hongdao clam value chain,the incremental value of the processing and marketing steps has a higher proportion in the entire added value.Farmers have the highest share of unit cost but are at the low end of the value chain.so the clam farming should change from high input,high seedling to high quality and efficiency,and improve the financing capacity,research and develop farming technologies,establish new farming patterns consistent with the ecological principle to benefit sustainable development of the clam industry.
