摘　　要：本文基于国际种子市场的发展格局,分析了国外种子产业的发展状况,整体呈现出产业规模大、产业集中程度高、研发实力强、市场占有率高等特征,而中国种子产业目前还是弱质产业,呈现散、多、弱等特征,在经济全球化背景下难以与跨国种子公司竞争。为此,从研发技术、产业政策、发展环境、体制改革等方面提出了中国种子产业的发展策略。Based on the pattern of international seed market development,the paper analyzes the development status of foreign seed industry.Foreign seed industry as a whole shows a large industrial scale,high industrial concentration degree,developed research and development technology,and characterized by higher market share.In contrast the seed industry in China is a weak industry,and the overall presentation is scattered.To the end,in terms of R & D,industrial policy,development environment,the paper put forwards a strategy of reform of Chinas seed industry.
