摘 要:目的:研究Seroquel XR在不同释放介质的释放情况。方法:采用USP32 I法(篮法),以不同PH值的释放介质,用紫外分光光度计在288nm下测定喹硫平含量,之后计算累计释放度并绘制释放曲线。结果:Seroquel XR在不同释放介质的累计释放度不同。片剂的重现性良好。结论:本次试验为Seroquel XR研究者提供了4条Seroquel XR释放曲线。OBJECTIVE: To research drug release of Seroquel XR in different release mediums in vitro. METHODS: The release models in vitro were USP I(Basket), 100r/min in different release mediums. The content of Quetiapine Fumarate was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotomery at 288nm and accumulative release rates were calculated, then drawing the curve of release rate. RESULTS: The accumulative release rate of Seroquel XR were different in different release mediums. The tablets were reproducible. CONCLUSION: The important data of the four curves were provided to researchers.
