摘　　要：公共管理学科当前正处在充分吸收新科学研究成果、探索与公共管理研究对象相适应的理论和研究方法的发展阶段。从社会网络视角研究公共组织的结构和关系特征,探析无标度等特征的公共管理意义,不仅可以丰富社会网络分析的理论功能,而且可以加强公共管理研究的量化分析和实践应用价值。论文通过回顾和梳理国内外相关文献,将公共管理领域内的社会网络分析研究归纳为政治参与和公共政策、公共危机治理和信息传播、公共资源治理和公共服务提供、社会组织和社区治理及其他,分领域对研究主题进行综述,对国内外研究现状与问题进行比较分析,旨在更好地把握公共管理领域内的社会网络分析研究动态,进而创新发展我国公共管理领域的研究成果。Nowadays public management is at the development stage of fully absorbing new scientific research techniques and exploring theory and research methods that fit their research objects. These advances can be used to study the characteristics of a public organization's structure and relationships from the perspective of its social network as well as to analyze the public management significance of scale- free characteristics.Not only can they enrich the theory function of social network analysis,but they also can strengthen the quantitative analysis and practical application value of public management research. As summarized in the article,social network analysis in the field of public management research includes:political participation and public policy,public crisis management and information dissemination,public resource management and provision of public services,social organizations and community governance,and many other aspects. Also,research topics are reviewed according to those fields and the present situation and problems both in China and abroad are compared. The purpose of the paper is to provide a better grasp on the dynamic situation of social network analysis research in the field of public management,and thus adding to the research literature.
