摘　　要：中国自改革开放以来,经济高速发展,随之而来的是生态环境遭到了严重破坏,所以我们要改变以往的经济增长方式,实现资源的循环利用,大力发展循环经济。循环经济是一种促使资源环境与经济协调发展的生产模式,是企业实现可持续发展的必然选择。对于煤炭企业来说如何发展循环经济具有非常重要的现实意义。分析了煤炭在中国能源中的地位以及煤炭企业发展循环经济存在的一些问题,提出了相应的对策,以期实现煤炭企业更好的发展。With the rapid development of economy after reform and opening up in China, ecological environment is seriously damaged, so we have to change the style of economic increase in the past, realize recycling of resources, and strive to develop the cyclic economy. Cyclic economy is the production pattern thatpromote the coordinated development of resource and environment and economy, and is the inevitable choice for enterprises to achieve sustainable development. It is of very important practical significance for the coal enterprises that how to develop cyclic economy. Analyzes the status of coal in China's energy and some problems existed in developing cyclic economy of coal enterprises, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to achieve better development of coal enterprises.
