摘　　要：信息化已成为当今世界发展的大趋势,成为推动经济社会发展的重要力量,成为衡量现代化程度的重要标志。为在广大农村落实党的十八大提出的"五位一体"总体布局,促进农村现代化建设各方面相协调,迫切需要信息化服务的支撑。加强农村农业信息化服务能力建设,能够促进农村经济发展、政治民主、文化繁荣、社会管理和生态良好,有力推动"五位一体"建设。Informatization has become the world trend of development, an important force to promote economic and social development, an important symbol of modernization degree. Information service support is in order to carrying out five-in-one overall arrangement of the 18th party in the vast rural areas, promoting a coordinated all aspects of rural modernization.To strengthen the construction of rural and agricultural information service ability, can promote rural economic development, political democracy and cultural prosperity, social management and good ecological environment, vigorously promote the construction of five-in-one.
