摘  要:研究34℃高温环境下吉富品系罗非鱼(GIFT Oreochromis niloticus)幼鱼生长及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活力的变化规律,以及SOD、LDH活力与幼鱼生长间的关系。结果表明:持续高温对幼鱼特定生长率及SOD、LDH活力的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着时间的延长,LDH活力显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),特定生长率及SOD活力随时间变化不具统计学意义(P>0.05);LDH活力增强是高温条件下幼鱼特定生长率降低的原因之一。The effect of high temperature on the growth and enzyme activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) of GIFT Nile tilapia juveniles (Oreochromis niloticus) were studied, and the relationship between enzyme activities of SOD and LDH and the growth was analyzed. We selected Nile tilapia juveniles with weight of (5.62±0.23) g as experimental subjects and set 34℃as high temperature group and 26℃as normal temperature group. Results showed that:1) Continuous high temperature had significant effect (P < 0.05) on the specific growth rate (SGR), and enzyme activities of SOD and LDH of Nile tilapia juveniles; 2) The enzyme activity of LDH increased significantly (P < 0.05) with the time going on, but the SGR and SOD activity had no statistical significance (P>0.05);3) The elevated LDH activity played a role in the decrease of SGR under high temperature condition.
