On Official Attribute and Corruption Exploration in China

摘　　要：中国的权力腐败越来越严重,尽管反腐的呼声一阵高过一阵,反腐的措施也是一轮盖过一轮,但总体而言,成效不尽如人意。这就使我们必须反思,到底哪个环节出了问题,是否真的摸清了腐败的本质?本文认为中国的官性是源头之一,当官性与制度对弈,表现出强势时,就极易滋生腐败。本文从官性与人性的关系,官性与制度的关系,中国人性、官性、制度的特点,并结合中国腐败的特征,进行了综合阐述,希望能对中国治理权力腐败提供一些帮助和建议。China's power corruption is getting worse, despite anti-corruption calls and measures overshadowed one by one, but got little success. It makes us think over that whether we have eally found out the nature of corruption or not. This paper believes that the official attribute is one of the corruption sources, when official attribute chesses with the institution,, it can easily breed corruption if the official attribute is stronger. Considering the characteristics of corruption in China, this paper comprehensively expouds the relationship between official attribute and humanity attribute, the relationship between official attribute and the system, the characteristics of Chinese humanity attribute, official attribute, and the system, hoping to provide some help to solve the Chinese power corruption.
