瑞舒伐他汀与辛伐他汀治疗老年高胆固醇血症的对比观察

摘　　要：目的探讨瑞舒伐他汀与辛伐他汀治疗老年高胆固醇血症的临床疗效对比观察。方法将我院门诊治疗的120例老年高胆固醇血症患者,平均分为瑞舒伐他汀组和辛伐他汀组各60例,观察对比两组降脂疗效及用药安全性。结果两组治疗后的血脂水平较治疗前均明显改善,其中瑞舒伐他汀组治疗后的TC和LDL-C水平明显低于辛伐他汀组(P<0.05),两组在TG和HDL-C比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组患者均未发生严重不良反应,且肌酸激酶、肝肾功能、血尿常规等均正常。结论瑞舒伐他汀用于治疗老年高胆固醇血症,更能有效降低LDL-C的水平,具有良好的降血脂疗效,且用药安全,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of rosuvastatin compared with simvastatin in treatment of patients with hypercholesterolemia. Methods 120 cases elderly patients with hypercholesterolemia in our hospital were divided into the Rosuvastatin Group and the Simvastatin Group,and 60 cases in each group. To observe the curative effects of lipid lowering and medication safety through to compare with the two group. Results The serum lipid levels of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved than before treatment.The rosuvastatin group after treatment of TC and LDL-C levels were significantly lower than the simvastatin group(P<0.05).TC and LDL-C levels of the two groups were no significant difference (P>0.05).Patients of the two groups were no serious adverse the reaction, while creatine kinase,the function of liver and kidney,blood and urine routine were normal. Conclusion rosuvastatin can effectively reduce the LDL-C level in the treatment of hypercholesterolemia,and it has the hypolipidemic effect and drug safety,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
