复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗318例皮肤病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甘草酸苷胶囊在皮肤科的临床应用效果。方法观察318例皮肤病患者口服复方甘草酸苷胶囊的临床疗效,一次2片,一日3次,饭后服用,14~21d为1个疗程,治疗期间停用其他内服和外用药物。结果复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗斑秃有效率为86.00%,治疗皮炎有效率为90.00%,治疗湿疹有效率为94.00%,治疗荨麻疹有效率为82.00%,治疗玫瑰糠疹有效率90.00%,治疗皮肤瘙痒症有效率为86.00%,治疗过敏性紫癜有效率为93.33%,治疗银屑病有效率为93.75%,治疗痒疹有效率为83.33%,治疗扁平苔癣有效率为70.00%。结论复方甘草酸苷胶囊治疗318例皮肤病取得良好效果,费用低廉,适合基层医院推广运用。Objective To investigate the clinical application effect of compound glycyrrhizin capsules in the treatment 318 patients with skin disease. Methods The clinical efficacy of oral compound glycyrrhizin capsules for the 318 patients with skin disease was observed. The capsules were taken 2 tablets/time and 3 times/day after meal.One treatment course consisted of 14 to 21 days.Other oral and external drugs were withdrawn during the treatment. Results The effective treatment rate of compound glycyrrhizin capsules was 86.00% for alopecia,90.00%for dermatitis,94.00% for eczema,82.00% for urticaria,90.00% for pityriasis rosea, 86.00% for skin itch,93.33% for allergic purpura,93.75% for psoriasis, 83.33% for prurigo and 70.00% for lichen planus. Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin capsules show good effects in the treatment of 318 patients with skin disease and are inexpensive,which is suitable for promotion and application in primary hospitals.
