二仙汤合逍遥散治疗更年期综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨二仙汤联合逍遥散治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法选择我院2012年12月~2013年12月期间90例更年期综合征患者的资料,将患者按照随机数字、双盲原则分为观察组和对照组,各45例,两组患者均给予西药治疗,克龄蒙、谷维素、维生素E口服液,观察组加用中药方剂二仙汤合逍遥散治疗,连续治疗3个月,比较两组患者的临床疗效,同时应用Hamilton抑郁量表(汉密顿抑郁量表,HAMD)对两组患者的焦虑情况进行比较。结果经过治疗观察组患者总有效率高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者HAMD评分改善明显,与对照组患者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二仙汤合逍遥治疗更年期综合征能提高患者生活质量,对于改善患者焦虑情绪、睡眠治疗大有裨益。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Erxian decoction combined with Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Methods Dada of 90 patients with menopausal syndrome treated in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 were selected and the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number, and double-blind principles, with 45 patients in each group. Both groups of patients received Western medicine treatment, including climen, oryzanol and vitamin E oral liquid. The observation group received additional Chinese medicine formula treatment, including Erxian decoction and Xiaoyao powder. After 3 months of continuous treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared and the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD) was used to compare the anxiety situation of the two groups. Results After treatment, the observation group had higher total effective rate than the control group, with statistically significant difference (P < 0.05); The improvement of HAMD score of the observation group was obvious, with statistically significant difference to that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of menopausal syndrome, Erxian decoction combined with Xiaoyao powder can improve the patients'' quality of life and is of high benefit to improving the patients'' anxiety emotion and sleep treatment.
