经静脉植入心脏起搏器的临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经静脉植入心脏起搏器的临床效果及经验。方法回顾性分析2006年3月~2013年7月在我院行永久心脏起搏植入术的42例患者临床资料。结果 42例患者手术均1次成功,无一例发生血肿、感染、气胸、心包填塞等并发症。全部患者随访6~87(42±16)个月,起搏器工作正常。术后6个月,所有患者的EDV、ESV、SV、EF均较术前明显改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经静脉植入心脏起搏器疗效确切,成功率高,并发症少,值得推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect and treatment experience of transvenous pacemaker. Methods 42 patients''s clinical data of permanent pacemaker implantation from March 2006 to July 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. Results 42 patients were all once successfully operated,no hematoma, infection,pneumothorax,cardiac tamponade and other complications happened.All patients were followed up for 6-87(42±16) months,the pacemaker were working properly.After treatment 6 months,the EDV,ESV,SV,EF of all patients significantly improved compared with before surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of transvenous pacemaker is exact,and with high success rate,fewer complications, should be promoted and applied.
