城市体育公共服务的”必然”与”应然”——基于体育强国视角下的透析

摘　　要：通过对公共服务、体育公共服务、城市体育公共服务的特征与功能的分析,阐述建设体育强国与城市体育公共服务的内在关联,从人的需要层次论、社会发展论等维度提出城市体育公共服务的"必然",最终提出体育强国视角下城市体育公共服务供给产品层次化、供给主体多元化、供给方式多样化、供给制度规范化等城市体育公共服务的"应然"。To illustrate the intrinsic interactions between the construction of sports power and urban public sports services by analyzing the characters and functions of public services,public sports services and urban public sports services,and with Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs Theory and the Theory of Social Development,this paper proposes the necessities of urban public sports services,and then to claim the trends of it in perspective of sports power:hierarchy of product supply,multi-channel supply,supply diversification,standardization of supply system and so on.
