摘 要:针对022Cr17Ni12Mo2不锈钢进行了拉伸试验和疲劳试验。该材料在拉伸时没有明显的屈服平台,具有良好的塑性。进行了一系列应力比R=0的单轴应力控制疲劳试验,得到了各条件下循环应力—应变关系和应力幅—寿命关系,结果表明,随着应力幅值的增加,寿命明显降低,各条件下均产生了循环附加硬化。采用Basquin法、Coffin-Manson方法(SMC)进行了疲劳寿命预测,并采用几个统计特征参量对两模型的预测能力进行对比分析,对比分析表明Basquin法预测结果较好。A series of tensile tests and fatigue tests were conducted for 022Cr17Ni12Mo2 stainless steel. The result shows that there is no significant yield point for tension test and it shows the good ductility.A series of uniaxial fatigue stress with stress ratio R =0 under stress control were conducted.The cyclic stress-strain relationship and stress amplitude -life relationships were obtained under various condi-tions.The results show that the fatigue lives decrease with the increase of stress amplitude.The phenome-na of cyclic additional hardening are observed for all the strain ranges.The fatigue lives are predicted by Basquin approach and Coffin-Manson approach (SMC).Some parameters are employed to evaluate the prediction ability of two approaches.It is concluded that the prediction results of Basquin approach are better than those of the SMC.
