摘  要:针对韩国某公司所使用的太钢34CrMo4热轧中板,热冲压成压缩天然气用车载贮气瓶后,在设定压力反复试验过程中发生气瓶泄露的问题进行了研究。检测了该钢板的力学性能,对气瓶开裂部位进行了金相观察及夹杂物分析。结果表明,气瓶开裂的原因是用户在热冲压成形过程中多次热处理造成钢瓶内表面脱碳及内表面划伤所致。用户采取防范措施后,钢瓶未再发生此类事故。According to leakage of the CNG-purpose gas storage cylinder carried in vehicle during the course of pressure tests,which are stamped and formed by some factory in Korea by using 34CrMo4 steel of TISCO,the steel plate and its cracking parts were tested by macro inspection,chemical composition an-alyzing,mechanical property testing and metallography analyzing etc.The result shows that the cracking is caused by the surface decarbonization and inner surface scrapes of gas cylinder steels in processing and forming.Users take preventive measures accordingly,gas cylinders leakage doesn′t happen.
