地巾机械清洗方法在手术室地面清洁工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨地巾机械清洗方法在手术室地表清洁工作中的作用。方法采用拖把手工清洗方法和地巾机械清洗方法对50间手术间进行术后清洁,并对地面、拖把、地巾进行微生物监测。结果机械地巾组清洁的手术间地面合格率(96.0%)高于手工拖把组合格率(82.0%)。地巾清洗合格率明显高于拖把。结论采用地巾机械清洗方法对手术间地面进行清洁,减少了手术室内细菌扩散,是防止手术感染的重要环节。Objective To explore the effects of towel mechanical cleaning method in floor cleaning and disinfection of operation rooms.Methods Mop manual cleaning method and towel mechanical cleaning method were used to clean floor of 50 operation rooms.Floors in operation rooms,mops,towels were checked by microbial monitoring.Results Disinfection qualified rate of operation room floors by towel mechanical cleaning method was higher than that by mop manual cleaning method(96.0% vs 82.0%).Cleaning qualified rate of towel was significantly higher than that of mop.Conclusion Floor cleaning and disinfection by towel mechanical cleaning method can reduce bacteria diffusion in operation rooms,and it is an important link to prevent operation infection.
