试论如何做好离校未就业高校毕业生的职业指导

摘　　要：受种种社会因素和大学生自身因素的影响,近年来大学生就业率急剧下降,离校未就业的高校毕业生数量增多,对其跟踪与服务是近几年高校就业服务与指导新增的重点工作之一。据调查离校未就业高校毕业生求援对象依次为毕业院校(47.7%)、个人努力(18.6%)、亲朋好友及同学(18.5%)和就业主管部门(15.2%),但从执行现状看,高校并非提供援助的主体[1]。Due to the influence of various social factors and the factors of the students themselves,the success rate of the students’ job-seeking reduce sharply.More and more students leave school without a job.So it is one of the most important works to trace down and service these students in high vocational schools in recent years.According to a survey,the targets the students ask for help are the colleges where they graduate(47.7%),personal seeking(18.6%),friends,relatives and schoolmates(18.5%),and the offices in charge of employment(15.2%).But from the practice,high colleges are not the main bodies of help offer.
