公务员心理健康与机关文化关系探析

摘　　要：公务员心理紧张的主要原因与公务员所处的工作环境中的人际环境有关,机关文化方面的因素是导致公务员心理健康问题的一个主要诱因。它对公务员心理健康的影响,既有外在的环境因素的影响,也有内在的心理机制的影响。因此,必须对机关文化中对公务员心理健康产生影响的因素进行分析,同时对我国政府应该建设怎样的机关文化,如何才能建设有助于公务人员心理健康的机关文化提出建议。What causes the mental issue in civil servants is related to the problems about how to get along with people in the workplace. For this problem, the main influence factor is the culture of government organs, and the influence comes from both inner and outer aspects as well as psychology mechanism. Research on the relationship between mental health of civil servant and culture of gov-ernment organs would contribute to intensify the construction of organizational culture.
