民主自信视域下邓小平民主方法论透视

摘　　要：邓小平对待我国社会主义民主遗产和外国民主积极因素所表现出来的民主自信,集中体现在他的民主方法论上,内容包括民主发展道路上的创新方法论;人民民主运用上的系统方法论;民主制度完善上的改革和借鉴方法论,以及重大民主关系上的辩证方法论等等。正是邓小平的民主方法论,才使我国在全球化、信息化时代没有丢掉社会主义民主传统;在苏东剧变后没有动摇社会主义民主信仰;在西方民主输出面前没有丧失社会主义民主阵地,反而在新时期开创形成了中国特色社会主义新型民主。这是全球化背景下邓小平对我国乃至对人类民主事业做出的重大贡献。Deng Xiaoping's democratic self-confidence towards China 's socialist democratic heritage and foreign democratic positive factors, is embodied in his democratic methodology. Its contents include innovative methodology on the road of the democratic de-velopment; democratic system method on the usage of people democracy; bettering democratic system reform and the prevalent method-ologies, and major dialectical methodology etc. It is the democratic method of Deng Xiaoping theory that makes our Chinese abide tradi-tion socialist democracy in the era of globalization and informatization; after Soviet and Eastern Europe upheaval the socialist democratic belief was still stable; socialist democratic positions did keep ahead of western democracy, but a new type of democracy of socialism with Chinese characteristics appears in the new period. Under the background of globalization, Deng Xiaoping made great contributions to the human democracy.
